Mail Data, Inc. has a 20+ year history of providing customers with complete mail preparation services including data processing, list maintenance, resident mailing lists from our own USPS certified database, addressing, inserting, hand mailing and fulfillment services.

20,000+ square foot facility
Operating from our 20,000+ square foot facility in Manchester, New Hampshire, Mail Data can handle jobs from a few hundred pieces to a few hundred thousand; from sophisticated inkjet jobs to basic hand work; from tabbing, inserting, and stamping, to whatever special needs your project may have.

Your job begins with Data Processing, where our experts will perform file conversion, merge/purge, presort, and list maintenance services as required by the job. Once on the floor, the job can be handled by our modern inkjet and labeling machines from top manufacturers like Buskro, Scitex and Kirk Rudy.

When it’s prepped and palletized, our trucks will take your job to the post office or post offices you designate to assure that your job is turned around and meets its in home targets.
